Due to the ongoing coivid-19 pandemic outbreak, Chicago Van Rentals let our valuable customers to change or cancel their existing reservation for no fee and transfer their 33% deposit for use toward a future booking within 12 months. Chicago Van Rentals is the biggest family owned van rentals in Chicago. We have 40+ custom vans in our fleet. Some of our vans are Fully custom with some highly expensive features. We have our customers to be responsible for the reservation. We cannot afford our customers cancel the reservations in the last minute or no call no show up’s. Once you reserve the van, if anything unfortunate happened after you made the reservation, you will get full deposit as future credit which you can use in 1 years, that way you are not going to lose your deposit.
For the safety of our customers and employees, all customers and employees required to wear mask in our premises to prevent the spreading of infection.
We only allow customers to pick up the vans by appointments with 10 minutes interval to maintain social distancing and cleaning our office.
Chicago Vans rentals follow and practice CENTER FOR DISEASES CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and disinfectant our vehicles and our office.
Upon of return the van by a customer, we disinfect the vans by defogger and close the van for 2 hours. After 2 hours, we thoroughly clan and each and every part of the van which need a dedicated cleaning. Listed below are some of the main parts we mainly focus.
All cancellations must be communicated via email. This policy ensures a clear and documented record of cancellation requests. Customers are required to submit cancellation notices through email, providing a written record for both the rental company and the customer. This practice helps maintain transparency and streamline the cancellation process, allowing for efficient communication and record-keeping.
All rentals necessitate a $200 deposit to secure the reservation. Customers enjoy free cancellation within the initial 24 hours of rental, albeit with a credit processing fee of 5% amounting to $10 for cancellations during this period. Subsequent to the first 24 hours, the $200 deposit transforms into a cancellation fee. No cancellations are permitted within the last 48 hours leading up to the pickup time; any cancellations during this period incur the full rental charge. A no-call, no-show scenario results in the imposition of the full rental fee as a no-call, no-show fee. These policies are in place to manage reservation confirmations, cancellations, and no-show situations effectively.
